The Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration (MCILI) invites interested eligible contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Suava Bay Market House at Suava Bay, North Malaita, Malaita Province. Full details are provided in the attached technical specifications, schedule of activities and drawings.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible tenderer. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

Interest eligible tenderer may obtain further information from Mr Patrick Fataga or email: [email protected] and inspect the Building Documents at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration, Opposite the Post Office at Town Ground.

A complete set of Tender Documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2pm 18 August 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of the Tender Submission. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury leaf-hut tender to be address to:
