Solomon Airline’s Aviation Fair gets underway

Solomon Airlines kick start its 60^th Anniversary with the launching of the Aviation Fair this morning at its headquarters at Henderson.

Solomon Airlines with its partners are explaining to the visitors’ to the fair –the business of airline and how its partners are working together to support each other.

Permanent Secretary of Communication and Aviation Moses Virivolomo who opened the fair stated that it’s an opportunity for the public to see the people who work in the industry and those supporting it to deliver its services.

Students from the Solomon Islands National University, Betikama and Woodford International attended the fair this morning.

Speaking on behalf of the airline, General Manager Finance Peter Soqoilo expressed their appreciation for those taking part adding that the fair is part of the airline’s 60^th anniversary.

Partners from the tourism sector and aviation are also part of the fair.
