PRC police officers & Embassy staff provide assistance to RSIPF families
Police officers of the China Police Liaison Team (CPLT) and officials from the Chinese Embassy in Honiara visited some RSIPF police officers’ families in need of assistance together and provided them with support
The visit was done in collaboration with the Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) welfare officers on Saturday. Each of the families has a sick child.
CPLT to Solomon Islands and the Chinese Embassy Staff brought some small assistance to these families and had warm talks with their members and learned more about their daily life and difficulties.
RSIPF Welfare Officer Junior Bilve said the arrival of China police officers provides the RSIPF a chance to improve its capability and capacity.
Bilve thanked them for their great love.
Deputy Team Leader of CPLT. Zhao Biao said police officers all over the world are just like family members.
“Since arriving here CPLT has been impressed by the friendship of Solomon Islands people and police officers. Today, we come here to show our friendship and express our concern to you. Hope you enjoy it,” he said.
In the coming days, more RSIPF police officers in need of assistance will be visited and provided assistance by the CPLT and the Chinese Embassy.
