PM invited to dawn service commemorating Fiji Military Forces Infantry Day

Prime Minister Honorable Manasseh Sogavare is invited to attend the Dawn Service Commemorating the Royal Fiji Military Forces Infantry Day.

The Dawn Service is an annual event in Fiji that takes place every year on 23 June.

This is the first time the Dawn Service commemorating the Royal Fiji Military Forces Infantry Day will be celebrated in the country and Mr Sogavare will be the first PM to attend to the Dawn Service.

The Dawn Service is organized and facilitated by the Fiji contingent of the Solomon International Assistance Force (SIAF).

The Fiji Contingent Commander Lieutenant Colonel Toanikeve personally delivered the Dawn Service’s Invitation and Program to the Prime Minister followed by a brief Talanoa (tok stori) at the Prime Minister’s Office.
