The Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, Hon. Peter Kenilorea Jr., has relayed on the condolences of the Foreign Relations Committee, to the wife and family of the late Ambassador John Moffat Fugui, who passed away in Beijing, China.
“On behalf of the Foreign Relations Committee, my members and I would like to pass on our deepest condolences to the wife and family of late Ambassador Fugui, on the loss of their beloved father
“Late Ambassador Fugui was a true servant of Solomon Islands. His illustrious academic career and public service to our nation as a passionate public servant, elected national leader, and Ambassador is greatly appreciated. We pray for comfort to the family at this time. May his soul rest in peace with the Almighty,” Kenilorea said in a statement tonight.
