Wale congratulates newly elected premiers of Western & Choiseul

LEADER of Opposition Hon Matthew Wale has congratulated the newly elected Premiers of Western and Choiseul provinces.

In a statement today, Hon Wale said the election victory of the two new premiers is a reflection of the confidence and trust the people and leaders of both provinces have on their new premiers.

“Let this be a new dawn for Western and Choiseul provinces and their people. I am confident that under the leadership of both premiers, they will lead their provinces with commitment and dignity,” he said.

The Opposition Leader said the Opposition Group also looks forward in working together with the new premiers and their executive and a courtesy visit whenever they visit Honiara.

Hon Wale also called on the people and provincial executives of Western and Choiseul provinces to work together with their new leaders.
