He extended gratitude to the Pacific Youth Council for nominating him to represent Pacific Youth on this esteemed platform. The 18-member international task force comprises dedicated youth leaders representing 56 Commonwealth countries. Together, they will collaborate with the Commonwealth Secretariat, the Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC), and the Government of Samoa to orchestrate a forum aimed at producing tangible outcomes on critical global issues like climate change and conflict. The CYF serves as a vital platform ensuring that the voices and perspectives of young people are considered by governments. It has evolved into a significant avenue for youth to amplify their voices as global leaders convene at CHOGM. Scheduled from October 21 to 22, 2024, the CYF precedes CHOGM and is poised to make a substantial impact on shaping youth-driven agendas on a global scale.
