Plea to our MPs’ to repair road connecting East Malaita and Fataleka constituencies

I am writing to ask the MP for Fataleka, Hon Rex Ramofafia, and his colleague, the MP for East Malaita, Hon Manasseh Maelanga, to work together to repair the road connecting Ward 15 in East Malaita and Ward 14 in Fataleka.

The road has been left untouched for the past two decades and desperately needs repair.

It is unfortunate that our people are no longer accessing the road, as truck owners can’t operate the route because of its poor condition. Against that backdrop, I am asking our leaders to upgrade the road to ease transport challenges in the region.

I understand that the two MPs’ have obtained heavy machines to do such works therefore they are in a position to help our communities.
