Manemahaga joins GREAT as numbers increase

BREAKING: Prime Minister Hon. Matthew Wale today welcomed the Member of Parliament for Gao-Bugotu Constituency, Hon. Trevor Manemahaga to the GREAT Coalition Government.

Hon. Manemahaga has pledged his allegiance to the Government citing the need to provide continuity, stability and effective leadership in the interest of the country.

The Gao-Bugotu MP resigned from Our Party today and subsequently joined the Solomon Islands Democratic Party (SIDP).

Prime Minister Wale welcomed Hon. Manemahaga’s decision saying his inclusion further strengthens the GREAT Coalition Government and its commitment to providing stable leadership for Solomon Islands.

Hon. Manemahaga’s move adds further strength to the Government following the recent swearing-in of new Cabinet ministers this week.
