As a responsible government, the DCGA believes and stands by its moral values and obligation to execute the RCDF program to ensure people from all our constituencies benefit.
The government is now exploring how best to ensure the RCDF for the five remaining constituencies can be channelled to address the development needs and aspirations of the people in these constituencies.
The DCGA is fully committed to its policy to ‘leave no one behind’ in striving for national unity, stability, lasting peace and economic advancement of our people and our nation.
