Australia will provide 200,000 Paediatric COVID-19 vaccines for Solomon Islands children aged 5 to 11 years.

In visiting COVID-19 vaccination roll out at King George VI, Australian Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong announced the 200,000 Paediatric COVID-19 vaccines.

The news was welcomed by Health Minister Dr Culwick Togamana who said that this is yet another demonstration of dedication and commitment by Australia towards the wonderful partnership and friendship with the government and people of Solomon Islands.
